On one of the forums I visit regularly, I happened across this post:

hello everyone. i am posting in search of some opinions on a very relevent topic in my high school. bomb threats. my school has had 9 bomb threats since september. we go into school and about half way in, we get a bomb threat and are outside for two hours. once we got evacuated to a local college, i didnt get on the bus though me and my freinds left school and got picked up. it was a disaster they where at the college untill about 5 and kids had no ride home becasue of pearents at work, so they bused them back and they had to walk home in the rain. i have been lucky enough to be picked up from most of these. but today, we had another one, that isnt happeneing. my mom came to the school with my freinds father to pick the both of us up, to be stopped by a cop and told that they cannot take their children. the cop said that he is in control of the kids untill the situation is over. this is while i am in the gymnasium of the school(yes the school that supposed to have a bomb in it) so my mom says to this guy, you have my son in the school and the whole school isnt cleared. and he comes back with what do you know about bombs. so she says, yea and they sent people back into the other world trade center and look what happened. immediatly 2 other cops came and took the both of them outside, and up against a fence trying to seem intimitading said that not one wasnt getting their kid. lawful? i dont know. rediculas? in my eyes, yes. our supernindentant(spelt wrong)is suspended for 120 days, why? he ignored 4 bomb threats during our midtrem exams. that makes me feel really good knowing this guy is really looking after us.

what do you guys think of this, i find it to be totally rediculas.

I had no intention of replying (and still don't), but wanted to see what everyone else said.

Did they cancel all your classes, or just English?

I actually laughed out loud when I read it. I'm just glad I wasn't taking a drink of Dr Pepper at the time.
