And fun was had by most.

The sports bar downstairs had a "meet 'n' greet" for the residents of the Wilson building last night. Cynthia and I headed on down around 7pm to check it out. They had an open bar and a small buffet (fried calamari, two types of wings, bananas foster, and a coffee/chocolate mousse). I started drinking Sam Adams Winter Brew (not bad, even if it was a Sam Adams), and we mingled. There was one couple that was there early, who didn't stay very long and didn't mingle much. There were also two women who I've never seen before, but overheard them say they worked for Post. We met the courtesy officer (can't remember his name). Cynthia and I chatted with Ruth & Ben for a while. They're a nice older couple who live in 311. I found out from Ruth that our upstairs neighbor no longer works at NM. We met a young guy (Jeremy? Justin? something with a J) who lives on the 6th floor. When Ruth & Ben left, we joined a group at a table. I don't remember anyone's name, but it was the courtesy officer, a white woman I've spoken to before, a black woman I've seen before, and a couple I've seen around. We all enjoyed chatting.

Over all it was a nice evening, although the food could have been more plentiful and more varied, and the turnout could have been better.

Afterwards, we watched some TV, and I made some tots (get yer own). I awoke at 4am with a pounding headache, so I popped a couple of ibuprofen and went back to sleep. I got up at 7:40 for work with no headache (I love ibuprofen).
