I hate my webhost.

I use a free webhost. The only cost is to register my domain name. It's very limited, feature-wise. But it's free.

For the last day or so, it's been down for "configuration". They never warned me they were going to do this "configuration" or even let me know what it entails. I've already found a better host, and will be changing over by the end of April when I have to renew my domain name.

I submitted a request to their service department. They say they will check into it during the next 24 hours and get back to me. I suppose I can't complain too much, as I'm getting what I'm paying for, so to speak.

Comments:
I go with Expert Host. I have 11 sites with them right now. I've had them fix stuff literally within the hour. They've also been really good at answering Cold Fusion questions when something in my code is going wonky with their server settings. Check them out.

Thanks, but I've already begun the process of transferring my registrar & host to NearlyFreeSpeech.net. They only charge $1/GB of transfer per month and $0.01/MB/month for storage. A site like mine would end up running about $.75/month through them.

I'll keep Expert Host in mind, though, if I'm not happy with NFS.net.
