The technicians finally came today to fix the copiers. The clc was up and running around 1pm (just in time for me to go to lunch. The 8500 kinda came back up, but the tech left, and told us to page him if the problem wasn't fixed. It wasn't, so we did. He never responded to the page. Finally Elias got ahold of him and asked why he didn't come back. He said that he was out of the Downtown area, so it would be Wednesday before he could fix it. Elias called the tech's supervisor to get a tech out here, but the supervisor also never called back. He's going to let Brenda handle it tomorrow morning.
Now that the color machine is back up, I can start running the jobs that have been coming in over the last two days. This is the worst time possible for machines to be down, because Neiman Marcus is reevaluating us, and accepting bids to possibly replace us as the copy center. I don't want to lose my job right after getting it.
Well, time for bed.
